A fine Edo period Akasaka iron sukashi tsuba. This features sukashi of interlocking circles amd sake jars. Maru mimi and textbook characteristics of the Akasaka school. The dark chocolate borwn patina is in excellent condtion. A fine and fully representative example in all regards.
