Here is a nice Echizen daisho. The theme is that of the aoi leaf, or hollyhock, a classic design of the school. The aoi leaf was the kamon of the Tokugawa clan. Most likely, this daisho would have belonged to a Tokugawa Samurai. Daisho are becoming increasingly hard to find and even more so in this nice condition. Bargin priced.
