Edo Period Menuki

This is an Edo period menuki set in the bow and arrow motif. These are takabori on shakudo with gold wash details. These are in a martial theme and have a hishi mon on the quiver, which would indicate they were originally for a Samurai and not a merchant class item. The Takeda samurai used this mon, among others. An authentic old set, in a popular theme with nice details.
