Shibuichi Kozuka

This is a late Edo period shibuichi kozuka. This shows nice workmanship and full command of several techniques. The moon is inlaid in silver and set flush to the ground. The figure is done in silver, shakudo and gold nunome with the rope of the fan in copper. The work is in good condition and is ideal for completing a nice koshirae or for collecting as a stand alone item. The blade is signed Sagami no kami Masatsune. Accompanied by a kiri wood storage box.
